Albert-Einstein

“The significant problems we face cannot be solved at the same level of thinking we were at when we created them.” Albert Einstein

As adults we have all learned to independently meet our basic needs without a second thought. But in an ever changing world how do you meet those IT solution needs that always seem more complex and expensive than you can afford? Even when you do get a solution it always seems to miss the mark without the needed flexibility to meet your evolving needs. If it feels like you are spending all your time and energy just patching things to get through another month then perhaps it’s time for some out of the box thinking.

“Things should be as simple as possible, but not simpler” Albert Einstein

Finding solutions for your IT needs is a lot like taking your car to the local garage for a repair. Software, like a car, is complicated and requires you to trust in occasionally surly professionals who appear to be speaking a foreign language. A CTV auto repair survey shows the key is a mechanic’s ability and motivation, not just the size and reputation of the company. Faced with an unknown problem, only the skill and experience of the mechanic or IT professional will determine whether the solution is best for the client or the vendor.

“I am neither especially clever nor especially gifted. I am only very, very curious.” Albert Einstein

Selling solutions is not the same as solving problems. The only rationale for doing any listening during selling is to ensure the client believes the solution will meet the need. Actually meeting the need while helpful is not essential. If a vendor is selling hammers it is remarkable how every problem starts to look like a nail. Instead our approach is to first completely understand the need ensuring anything we offer matches the problem. Every situation is unique and we make sure we approach it with the curiosity of a child. We take this approach because we believe our success depends solely on our ability to deliver quality solutions that lead to repeat business and referrals.

So if you could snap your fingers and quickly and easily change one thing what would it be? Send us an email or pick up the phone, perhaps the solution lies just outside the box.
